CIK-FIA World Championship 2018 has come to a climax on Sunday to determine the World Champion of the year.
Despite it was Ren SATO’s first experience to participate in an international competition, he survived in extremely tough battles against world’s top-level drivers and qualified to the final.
Starting the final from 20th was not ideal for him, also got caught in an incident on the first lap, Ren pushed hard in the world’s top competition till the end. The final result was 23rd place out of 110 drivers.
He has learnt quite a lot in the challenge, and we are sure that he will be even more strong and determined as a racing driver.
EXGEL WORLD CHALLENGE 2018 could never be so meaningful without the talented Japanese driver.
Ren SATO’s challenge goes on and we would like all of you to support him.

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who supported me to make this happen.
It was my first participation in an international event, but I’ve never lost my confident and did my best in every heat.
However I realized I need more experience and should be much stronger.
I had the pace to perform extremely well, but I can’t compete well only with my speed.
Now I’m leaving Sweden with a positive feelings and craving for solid battles!
