I achieved double pole to win in round 9 and round 10 at Fuji under intense summer heat.
These results brought me the championship title of the Porsche Carrera Cup Japan 2019 before the final round.
Touring car racing was a new challenge for me and I managed to adjust myself to the car, and I and my team experienced tough times in the beginning of the season.
So the title means quite a lot to me and I’m extremely happy with it.
I would like to say big thank you to the guys in the Porsche Japan Junior Programme, my sponsors and everyone who supports me for giving me power.
I really appreciate it.
Although this achievement is truly a great one, I still have long way to go.
I keep pushing and stepping forward.
I will do my best in the final round and look forward to showing you exciting races.
