Red Bull MOTUL MUGEN NSX-GT
Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, we couldn’t be sure that the SUPER GT 2020 Season could take place. Thanks to the great efforts by the team, strong supports by the sponsors and the passion from the fans, I was able to fight until the end of the season, even though the situation was difficult.
I was a rookie in the GT500 category, but I was determined to make positive changes in the team as a driver of TEAM Red Bull MUGEN. Team staff were always highly motivated and preparing to seize the chance, no matter what happened to us.
We experienced full of ups and downs, and the season’s highlight was our first podium in round 4 at Motegi.
I will never forget the great experience from the 2020 season, and prepare for the next step in the next 2021 season.

We were able finish the final round of the SUPER GT 2020 Season despite a lot of difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Before the final round in Fuji, we were only 3 points behind the leader and had a fair chance to take the series title. As a result, we finished the final round in 5th position and couldn’t seize the title, finishing in 5th place in the championship.
Although the season was not I had hoped for, I learned a lot in every round.
With the experience I got, I will do my best in the 2021 season.
