Comment:
As the rainy season had come, the weather conditions of SUPER FORMULA round 3 at Autopolis in Oita prefecture was expected to be quite unstable. Wet condition continued from FP and we didn’t have pace, then the Qualifying frequently stopped with red flag. In the difficult session, I was finding a rhythm and some lap time, but I made a mistake in the latter sector and crashed. Huge thank you to my team for fixing the car before the race.
I made a good start in the race, surviving through the chaos at the first corner, however I didn’t have pace couldn’t score any points. The result was far from our expectations, but we learned a lot out of the race. Making use of this experience, we will be stronger in the next round.
