Comment:
After a one-month break, SUPER FORMULA round 4 took place at Suportsland SUGO. As expected due to the rainy season, Saturday’s qualifying went underway on wet condition.
I kept good pace from the free practice and was confident for the qualifying, but my flying lap ended up P5 due to lack of grip.
The track dried out on Sunday, and the car felt good from the beginning of the race. Our strategy worked well, and finally, I made my first career win in the SUPER FORMULA. After some continuing hard luck, I was able to grab a victory.
I feel grateful to my supporters, and the team staff who have always been with me thinking together how to win.
I will keep my performance high and dedicate myself to win the championship.
