Comment:
Totally in contrast to the struggle in Saturday’s qualifying, we had the pace in the Sunday’s race enough to move up to score points.
Although we don’t have much time until the next round at SUGO, we will analyze the data of the previous round Suzuka and try to improve our performance in qualifying. Also, we will discuss our tire choice and set-up to make a better result.
To my supporters,
Despite the difficult qualifying, I was able to move up and show you a lot of overtaking.
We have a good feeling for the next round expecting for a better qualifying session. Please stay tuned and support the car number 55.
GT500

Results: Qualifying P5 – Race P11
Comment:
The Suzuka round returned in hot summer which had been postponed due to the Corona pandemic.
The free practice took place under unstable weather and we continued the test menu in slight rain, but we couldn’t have a good feeling for qualifying.
Despite the difficult situation, we managed to adjust driving and set up to take P5 in qualifying.
The race was even more difficult for us struggling with the balance of the car and couldn’t keep decent pace. We were able to deliver the car to the checkered flag in P11, which was obviously disappointing.
It’s been a difficult season so far and I just want to show my supporters better performance.
The next round is held at SUGO, where I haven’t drive in a GT500 car.
I will never give up and give it my all for my supporters.

Results: Qualifying P2 – Race P9
Comment:
We finished P9 and scored some points in the 3rd round at Suzuka.
Although we took a lead in the beginning of the race, we seriously realized the difficulty of SUPER GT which is inseparably linked to tire development.
Now we must stay positive about the data we gathered and the points we got, and need to use the tough experience for the next step forward.
I will work hard closely together with the team, and thinks what I should do as a driver in order to move forward.
