Comment:
I feel deeply responsible for the mistake I made on Saturday that ruined the team’s plan. In order to take the season title, we will analyze the data on tires to identify the reason why we couldn’t maximize the performance of the tires, and choose the most competitive sets for Motegi.

To my supporters,
I appreciate your concern regarding the incident.
Our Success Weight will be reduced by half in the next round, and we can be optimistic for the race. I will give it my all to remain in the season title competition.
Looking forward to seeing you soon in the next round.

Comment:
SUPER GT round 6 was held at Autopolis in Oita Prefecture.
Thanks to the hard work by the team, we were able to take 4th position in the qualifying despite the slump in the free practice.
I was at the wheel for the opening stint, and while there were some troubles around me, I was able to move up to 2nd before pitting to hand over Nojiri-san. We succeeded in taking the lead after the pit stop, and we were able to keep the 1st position until the end of the race.
There have been some races that we could have won, so I’m simply happy with the result. I will keep working hard with my team to keep good pace.
Thank you so much for your support. as always

Comment:
In the round 6 qualifying at Autopolis, we finally took pole position for the first time as TEAM Red Bull MUGEN.
That feeling when we achieved the milestone was just more than words, seeing everyone’s smile after receiving the honor that we had missed so many times.
We also had a good feeling for the race and kept the lead, however, a loose wheel suddenly ended our hope.
Our sport is so cruel sometimes.
No matter how hard the team works for a race, we can’t keep everything under control and that’s the nature of motorsport. We have learned that we still have something to be done for a victory.
Clearly, our #16 car was the fastest throughout the week and we should be positive about that.
Words can’t describe how I feel grateful for the team staff who always push hard all the time, and definitely we are steadily stepping forward. Feeling proud of the team, I will work more precisely in every detail in order to seize a win.
Big thanks to my sponsors, suppliers and fans for the warm support again.
See you soon at the next round, thank you!
